Questions about an official Hancock County docket belong with the office that keeps it. Circuit, Criminal, and General Sessions requests generally go to the Circuit Court Clerk, while Chancery and probate requests go to the Clerk and Master. Sneedville ordinance and municipal traffic matters use the City Court Clerk. This private site cannot issue records, alter settings, or provide legal advice; the contacts below identify the appropriate official source.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
